Dr. Carsten Lindner

was born in the Rhineland in 1982 and completed his studies in Bonn, Hamburg (Bucerius Law School), and Austin (University of Texas at Austin). After his legal clerkship in Düsseldorf, Cologne, and New York, he gained professional experience as a lawyer at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer in Hamburg in the field of corporate law. During his training as a notary, he worked in various notary offices in the Rhineland and was a member of the management board of the Rhineland Chamber of Notaries. Dr. Lindner initially worked as a notary in Moers from 2020 to 2026 and is a notary in Düsseldorf-Gerresheim since February 1, 2026. As the successor to notary Dr. Udo Heinrich, he holds his deeds and those of his predecessors in office in Düsseldorf-Gerresheim. He lives with his wife and three children in Düsseldorf.

Berg Verkleinert

Dr. Jan Henning Berg

(born 1984) studied law in Osnabrück and London (King's College). He moved to Düsseldorf for his legal traineeship and doctorate in 2012, where he has since settled with his wife and two children. During his legal traineeship, Dr Berg worked in notary's offices in Düsseldorf, Cologne, Neuss, Meerbusch and Wipperfürth. Since 1 December 2021, Dr Berg has been a notary in Düsseldorf-Gerresheim (successor to former notary Dr Günther Rademacher).
